Service Technician Berks Water Technology Inc. 1809 Penn Ave, Reading, PA 19609 From $25 an hour - Full-time From $25 an hour - Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team. Berks Water Technology is a RainSoft dealership servicing customers in Berks County and surrounding areas. You will need to have experience in water treatment equipment as you will be servicing and installing RainSoft water treatment equipment. Sales will also be a part of your job with upgrades along with new sales calls. Duties Perform routine preventative maintenance, and repairs on all types of water treatment equipment such as water conditioners, drinking systems, ultra violet systems, acid neutralizers, and carbon systems. Diagnose mechanical issues when systems malfunction. Write up work orders and keep track of inventory. Customer service oriented with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers. Analysis skills to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions promptly. We value proactive problem solvers who can work independently to serve our customers to keep their equipment running smoothly.
