Service Technician

National Maintenance and Build Out Company handles commercial remodeling and building maintenance for a number of Fortune 500 clients, handling locations in Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, as well as some locations in Maryland and Delaware. We are rapidly expanding, as our reputation for excellent and timely work brings us new clients, and we're looking to bring on driven and hardworking individuals to keep up with our growing demand. We are looking for a full time Service Technician to join our team in this fast paced environment of commercial and retail service. Travel is required with this position during the work week. (Company vehicles)

Requirements:

1-3 years Maintenance Experience General carpentry Light electrical and plumbing Commercial Floor Repair All around general knowledge of many trades Individual must present a neat and professional appearance Valid Driver's License Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Detail - Orientation Self- Motivation Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Ability to give clear, concise instructions to others Ability to communicate effectively with commercial personnel Ability to pass pre-employment Medical Screening necessary for operating company vehicles and machinery.
