This role is responsible for providing on-site and remote technical support to our customers, including equipment installation, electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Key Responsibilities Perform on-site installation, electrical wiring, and commissioning of equipment at customer locations Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to complete wiring and connections Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational faults Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits, answering questions about equipment operation and maintenance Complete service reports, maintenance logs, and failure analysis documentation Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to resolve customer issues and improve product quality Manage tools, test equipment, and spare parts inventory Travel to customer sites as required for field service calls
