Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Coffee and Espresso Equipment Repair Technician to join our field service team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial coffee and espresso machines. Your expertise will ensure that our clients' equipment operates smoothly, delivering exceptional coffee experiences every day. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with state-of-the-art equipment, providing top-tier customer service while honing your technical skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with commercial coffee, espresso, and related beverage equipment using detailed schematics and mechanical knowledge. Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on various machines, including electrical, refrigeration, HVAC, and mechanical components. Interpret technical diagrams, wiring diagrams, and schematics to accurately identify faults and implement solutions. Assemble new equipment or replace parts as needed to restore optimal operation. Maintain detailed service records, including repair logs, parts used, and diagnostic notes for each job. Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs, provide maintenance advice, and ensure satisfaction. Operate box trucks or delivery vehicles safely to reach client sites across designated territories. Experience Proven experience as a service technician or repair specialist in appliance repair or field service roles. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing commercial appliances or similar equipment. Familiarity with electrical systems, schematics, refrigeration systems, HVAC components, and assembly processes. Prior experience as a delivery driver or operating box trucks is preferred for efficient job site travel. Customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally. Knowledge of equipment repair procedures involving electrical experience and refrigeration systems is highly desirable.
