Responsibilities:

Assist customers with their service needs by providing friendly, professional support at the service counter Perform basic diagnostics and troubleshooting on equipment or systems under supervision Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment functions correctly and safely Support senior technicians with parts retrieval, inventory management, and documentation tasks Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure and compliant work environment Document service activities accurately in company systems and communicate updates clearly to team members Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by demonstrating enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn Minimum Qualifications Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks. Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles. Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services including: Oil changes Basic inspections Repairing tires Reading, writing, and math skills. Preferred Qualifications 2 years of automotive repair experience, completion of Vocational-Technical School program in a related field or demonstrated skills via third party certificates/assessment.
