As an industry leader in outdoor power equipment, we support nearly 1,000 dealers across the Northeast. We're a reputable, family-owned business in Marietta that knows our people are our greatest asset—and we're looking for an energetic Service Tech to join the family. Job Summary We are seeking an innovative and energetic full-time Service Technician with deep experience in outdoor power equipment. In this role, you will serve as a primary technical authority, providing expert guidance on parts and mechanical issues to support our dealer network. You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex problems, managing warranty claims, and performing hands-on repairs at our Marietta facility. We are looking for a professional who balances high-level technical proficiency with a customer-centric mindset to maintain our status as an industry leader.
Work Environment & Location Pennsylvania-Based Candidates:
This is an in-house position at our Marietta facility. This allows for hands-on repairs of LEPCO and dealer equipment and direct collaboration with the local team.Out-of-State Candidates:
This role is available as a fully remote position. You will focus on providing technical assistance, parts look-up, and warranty claim processing via telephone and electronic systems.Training Travel:
Regardless of primary work location, all team members must be able to attend manufacturer training sessions on-site at LEPCO or at a manufacturer's facility. Job Responsibilities- Provide dealers with technical assistance for equipment we sell.
- Assist dealers, by telephone, with parts look-up and parts problems
- Process dealer's electronic and paper warranty claims.
- Repair LEPCO and dealer equipment as needed.
- Resolve dealer and end user complaints by telephone related to the equipment we sell.
- Maintain accurate telephone logs of all incoming calls.
- Attend manufacturer training sessions either on-site at LEPCO or at manufacture's facility.
- Assist with special projects as assigned. Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation includes a bi-weekly salary commensurate upon demonstrated previous experience.

- Experience in the outdoor power equipment industry
- Bachelor's degree or 5 plus years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A focus on attention to detail

- Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
- Creative thinker and problem solver and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Experience working with the Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proficiency working with technology, including PC's and mobile devices
- Ability to work independently while regularly collaborating with co-workers
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and pass a post-offer drug screen
