Service Technician Job Description The Service Technician operates a mobile service vehicle and travels to customer locations to perform in-field machinery diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance. This role focuses on complete component removal, disassembly, reconditioning, and reassembly of heavy equipment by following prescribed technical manual procedures. The technician delivers high-quality work efficiently and profitably while occasionally working overtime and weekends to support customer needs.
