We are currently seeking a full-time Wildlife & Exclusion Technician to join our team in the Greenville and Anderson County, SC territory. Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, skilled, and productive Wildlife Repair / Exclusion Technician to perform exterior home repairs and wildlife exclusion work. This is a roof-intensive, production-focused position. Candidates must be comfortable regularly working on residential roofs, extension ladders, attics, and crawlspaces in varying weather conditions. The successful candidate must complete work efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality and safety , communicate professionally with customers, and reliably use mobile apps for scheduling and job documentation. Wildlife experience is preferred but not required. Paid training is provided for candidates with strong construction skills, roof experience, and a solid work ethic. Hours typically range from 35-45 hours per week, 5 days per week , with occasional weekend work. Skills & Requirements Experience and confidence working safely on residential roofs and elevated structures required Able to safely use and handle extension ladders up to 40 ft Experience with construction, carpentry, roofing, gutters, siding, soffit/fascia, or exterior home repair Skilled and safe use of hand and power tools Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, confined spaces, and varying weather conditions Able to maintain a strong production pace and complete jobs efficiently without sacrificing quality or safety Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and able to manage time effectively Comfortable using an iPhone and mobile apps for scheduling, customer communication, photos, and work orders Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and ability to interact positively with homeowners Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs Valid Driver's License and clean driving record Preferred Experience Experience in roofing, gutters, siding/soffit/fascia, exterior construction, carpentry, handyman services, wildlife control, or pest control is strongly preferred. Wildlife experience can be taught. Roof confidence, construction ability, reliability, productivity, and work ethic are especially important. Key Duties & Responsibilities Review assigned work orders and complete wildlife exclusion and repair work Safely perform roof-level repairs and exclusion work Seal wildlife entry points involving soffits, fascia, rooflines, foundations, vents, siding, flashing, and roofing Install chimney caps, gutter guards, drip edges, vent guards, screening, and other exclusion materials Repair wildlife-related exterior damage Perform cleaning, sanitizing, insulation, and vapor barrier work when required Maintain an accurate daily schedule and immediately enter appointments or schedule changes into the company system Document work with job notes and clear before-and-after photos Review completed work and photos with customers Communicate professionally with homeowners and ensure customer satisfaction Complete and close out work orders accurately and promptly Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment What Success Looks Like We are looking for someone who can work safely, move with purpose, produce quality work, communicate well with customers, and reliably manage their schedule.
