Chattanooga, TN Position Overview Fink's Jewelers is seeking an experienced Rolex Certified Watchmaker to join our Chattanooga, TN location. This highly specialized role requires expertise in servicing Rolex timepieces and a commitment to delivering best-in-class craftsmanship and customer service. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostics and servicing on both mechanical and quartz watches Complete full service and repairs on most Rolex models and calibers Test timepieces for accuracy and performance according to Rolex standards Ensure all repair work meets or exceeds Rolex quality requirements Maintain accurate records of serial numbers, model numbers, and repair details Uphold exceptional quality control and workshop standards Required Qualifications Rolex Certified Watchmaker Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Prior watchmaking experience required Preferred 2-3 years of watchmaking experience WOSTEP, SAWTA, and/or CW21 certification preferred Ability to work independently while maintaining exact quality standards
