Job Description

Position Title:
Service Technician and Equipment Installer
OBJECTIVE
To maintain proper operation of all vending, cafeteria and any other equipment, facility or property owned by Refreshments Inc. To keep minimum down time of all vending and cafeteria equipment Equipment prep and installation: Install and moving of equipment on location Setup of new equipment Refurbishing of existing equipment Pure One water preparation and installation Preventive maintenance on Ice makers, cafeteria equipment and vending machines Support and assist in special projects Keeping ground, shop and warehouse area neat, organized and free of clutter
Service Calls:
Service calls will be dispatched by a central dispatch but can also be made by members of management. Calls are to be responded to in a prompt manner and in order of urgency Any information about needed parts or problems that may cause a piece of equipment to be down for an extended period of time should be passed along to dispatch or management immediately to be passed along to customer if needed Open time - when no calls have been dispatched the service tech should work in shop or do preventive maintenance and trouble shoot equipment in existing accounts A service call may be, but not limited to: • Repair or trouble shoot a piece of vending or cafeteria equipment Assist in emergency situations of product or non-technical situations as deemed necessary by management To assist with maintenance of buildings and grounds Any other special project or event or needs specified by management
On Call Duty:
1. Rotation of Service technicians to cover after hours call - nights and weekends 2. Calls will be dispatch though a company answering service but may be called by Members of management
Customer Response :
Insure good customer relations Seek assistance when needed by management or facility manager of location for help in trouble shooting technical problems within an account
Support:
Support vending and cafeteria personnel when needed and necessary by management Keeping ground, shop and warehouse area neat, organized and free of clutter Work with supervisors and management to insure all aspects of Refreshments are met to company standards Work with supervisors and managements on special projects and events Any other projects or needs specified by management Additional Incentives $75 phone stipend after 60 days (dependent upon progress) Pay increase in the first year at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year(dependent upon progress) Company vehicle will be available after becoming an independent service tech
