Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, solving problems, and helping people? Join the iDropped team as a Repair Technician and learn how to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, computers, and other electronic devices while providing an exceptional customer experience. Full-time and part-time positions are available. No experience necessary—we provide paid training! Full-time & part-time positions available Paid training — No previous repair experience required Opportunities for advancement — Grow your skills and career with iDropped Employee discounts Performance bonuses and/or commissions Paid time off for full-time employees Flexible scheduling No experience necessary — training provided Develop professional electronics repair skills through hands-on training and experience What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair smartphones, tablets, computers, and other electronic devices Perform repairs accurately while following established procedures and quality standards Inspect devices and clearly explain repair options and solutions to customers Provide friendly, professional customer service from check-in through completion of the repair Recommend products, accessories, and services when appropriate Check devices in and out accurately and document repair information Answer phones and assist walk-in customers Operate the POS system and handle cash and customer transactions accurately Keep repair workstations and the storefront clean, organized, and professional Restock inventory and maintain product displays Follow all company safety, security, and quality procedures Support the team and assist with training new employees when requested What We're Looking ForQualifications Positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers Dependable and responsible work ethic Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to learn quickly and follow written and verbal instructions High school diploma or equivalent Experience — Preferred, Not Required 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is a plus Previous smartphone, tablet, computer, or electronics repair experience is a plus Experience working with small tools or electronic components is a plus Technical or troubleshooting experience is a plus No experience required! Previous repair, electronics, technical, or customer service experience is preferred but not required . We provide paid training and will teach the right candidate the skills needed to become a successful Repair Technician. If you're dependable, hands-on, comfortable working with small tools, good at solving problems, and eager to learn, we encourage you to apply—even if you don't have previous repair experience!
