• Full-time Heroes Lawn Care Southeast Houston is hiring an Irrigation Repair Install Technician who can complete common irrigation repairs independently and support the crew on install projects when needed.

This position is best for someone with real hands-on irrigation experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair irrigation issues, including broken heads, leaks, pipe breaks, valves, wiring issues, controllers, and zone problems. Complete routine irrigation repairs without constant supervision. Perform wet checks and identify water waste, coverage issues, and system problems. Assist the crew with irrigation installations, expansions, and upgrades. Program and adjust smart controllers such as HydraWise and Rachio. Keep tools, parts, vehicles, and job notes organized. Communicate repair findings clearly and professionally with customers.

Qualifications:

Irrigation repair experience required. Must be able to complete common repairs independently. Experience with installs, trenching, pipe repair, valves, heads, controllers, and basic wiring preferred. Valid Texas driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record. Ability to work outdoors in Texas heat, humidity, and rain. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use standard irrigation tools. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
