We are looking for a skilled professional who takes pride in quality repairs, works efficiently, and wants to be part of a winning dealership team. Compensation $70,000 - $110,000+ annually Pay plan is flexible and will be discussed based on experience and production. Responsibilities Perform Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) on customer and dealership vehicles Repair dents, dings, creases, hail damage, and minor body damage Evaluate repair needs and determine proper repair methods Work closely with collision center and service teams Maintain high-quality workmanship and productivity standards Follow dealership safety and repair procedures Requirements Previous Paintless Dent Repair experience
REQUIRED
Automotive body shop or collision center experience preferred Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Valid driver's license required Must have proven experience in automotive dent repair Why Join Vandergriff Chevrolet?
