Dual-Site Service Tech I | Windsor South Congress and Windsor South Lamar - Austin, TX Windsor South Congress is a garden style apartment community with 308 units on property. Windsor South Lamar is a mid-rise style apartment community with 340 units on property. For the fifth year in a row, Windsor Communities is the recipient of the 2025 Kingsley Excellence Award achieving the top award for Overall Customer Service.
Compensation:
Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation.
Hourly :
Starting at $18.99 - $23.74 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.
Annual Starting Comp :
$39,499 - $49,379. Successful Service Technicians can come from a variety of backgrounds including fields such as; custodial, janitorial, porter etc. Have you been described as someone with a can-do attitude? Essential Duties:
Maintain interior and exterior curb appeal of the property including cleanliness of amenity spaces, common areas, parking lots or decks, maintenance shop, and leasing office. Assist with weather related cleanup as needed. Management of recycling and trash operations including trash chutes, enclosures, and compactor rooms. Apartment make ready support such as painting, cleaning, and light maintenance. Assist with Preventative Maintenance projects. Support the company's values and cultures by providing exceptional service to teammates and residents.
Requirements:
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Basic computer skills and smart phone use. Ability to take direction and work independently through task completion. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs/ladders for extended periods. Comfortable working in various weather conditions and environments.
