A Problem There's no Traffic on the Extra Mile You have Everything You Need About the role We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Temporary Turn Maintenance Technician to assist with unit turns and general maintenance during the turnover season from July 15, 2025 - August 15, 2025 . This position is responsible for preparing units for incoming residents by performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including repairs and inspections. The role is fast-paced and ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and thrives in a team environment.

MUST HAVE FLEXIBILITY TO WORK WEEKENDS AND/OR EXTENDED HOURS.

What you'll do Perform unit turns including basic repairs and general maintenance Inspect and ensure units are ready for move-in according to company standards Assist with furniture assembly, appliance installation, and light plumbing/electrical repairs Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner Maintain a clean and organized work environment Communicate with the maintenance supervisor or team lead about needed supplies or issues Support teams as needed during turnover Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents or staff Qualifications Previous maintenance, construction, or related experience preferred Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical labor Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation and punctuality required Basic knowledge of tools, maintenance equipment, and safety procedures Perks $250 upon successful completion of Turn (determined by Area Service Manager)
