What You'll Do:
Travel to customer locations in a company-provided repair van. Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other consumer electronics. Provide professional, convenient in-home repair services. Educate customers on device protection options and support plans. Manage your daily schedule while delivering excellent customer experiences. Complete quality repairs efficiently and accurately.
What You'll Bring:
Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, customer service, or retail. Comfort working independently in the field. Basic knowledge of mobile devices, hardware, and operating systems. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Great communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed.
