Job Description

What to Expect in the
Role:
Performs basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural, lawn & garden turf and construction equipment. Participates in Service EDUCATE Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge. Mentor level I and level II technicians.
What We Will Be Needing From You:
Maintains current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products. Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion. Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments. Accounts for all reported time in Service Delivery and for all material used in performing assigned duties. Support management in the pursuit of corporate policies, plans, goals, and long-term objectives.
