We are looking for motivated, dependable individuals who enjoy working independently and helping people in emergency situations. Job Responsibilities Respond to roadside assistance calls in a company service truck. Install and replace vehicle batteries. Perform jump starts. Change flat tires. Provide vehicle lockout services. Deliver fuel when needed. Perform basic vehicle diagnostics related to roadside assistance. Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch. Complete service documentation using a mobile device. Perform daily inspections and keep company vehicle clean and organized. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate. Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and participate in an on-call schedule as needed. Preferred but not required Experience in roadside assistance, automotive repair, towing, or mechanical work. Familiarity with battery testing and installation. Experience using GPS and mobile applications.
