JOB SUMMARY

Efficient repair of defects in the finish of fiberglass boats or trailer fenders.

JOB DUTIES

Use of spray equipment to repair defects Use of sanders and buffers Use of hand tools Watch for additional defect not previously found Promote and maintain 5S & TVP standards Any other job duties assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to perform walking, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing/pulling for 10+ hours a day Work overtime as needed Color sensitive Detail oriented Ability to detect defects from very small to large in size Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in heat Ability to work around dust, chemical, fumes Manual dexterity Good coordination Have good quality habits Have good attendance habits Ability to follow instructions accurately
