JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated, mechanically inclined individual to support manufacturing, customer service, purchasing, inventory management, and field service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, staying organized, and taking ownership of their work. Most work will be performed at our New Braunfels facility with occasional travel to customer locations throughout Central Texas and surrounding states, and overnight travel approximately one to two nights per month. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys building equipment, solving problems, and helping customers. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, mechanically inclined, and takes pride in producing quality work.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manufacturing & Assembly Build and assemble proprietary ShockTube® water treatment systems. Assemble PVC piping, valves, pumps, fittings, and mechanical components. Pressure test and inspect completed systems before shipment. Prepare equipment for shipping. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop. Service & Customer Support Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment. Replace pump seals, fittings, valves, and other wear components. Troubleshoot equipment over the phone and on-site. Perform warranty service and preventive maintenance. Assist customers with equipment operation and startup. Purchasing & Inventory Order parts and materials from approved vendors. Receive and inspect incoming shipments. Maintain inventory levels and organize stock. Track parts usage for each project. Coordinate deliveries with suppliers. Office & Administrative Support Maintain purchasing and inventory records using Microsoft Excel. Update build sheets and service documentation. Create shipping paperwork and maintain project files. Assist with scheduling service visits. Support day-to-day office and operational activities.QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, equipment service, manufacturing, industrial maintenance, or a related field. Basic PVC plumbing experience. Experience working with pumps, motors, valves, and mechanical equipment. Comfortable using hand and power tools. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Prefer Experience in one or more of the following: Water treatment equipment Car wash equipment Industrial maintenance Pump repair Irrigation systems Manufacturing and equipment assembly Purchasing and inventory management Forklift operation (preferred but not required)TRAVEL:
Based in New Braunfels, Texas . Applicants should live in or near the New Braunfels area (within approximately 30 minutes). Occasional travel throughout Central Texas. Overnight travel approximately one to two nights per month .COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Competitive salary of $65,000- 80,000 , depending on experience.
