Computer proficiency:
Windows-based programs, Microsoft Word/Excel, ability to type 65 WPM. Basic math, literacy, and documentation skills. Ability to learn new technologies quickly (connection speeds, software, monitoring tools). Strong observation skills, attention to detail, and punctuality. Ability to lift and load heavy equipment; climb ladders; work outdoors in varying conditions. Basic math skills, ability to read spreadsheets/lists, and fluency in English (read, write, speak). Sense of urgency, initiative, follow-through, and pride in work. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a growing, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with surveillance equipment, installations, or technical support. Experience using Avigilon, HikVision, or similar monitoring platforms. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, and climb ladders for extended periods. Manual dexterity to enter data, operate tools, and handle cabling/equipment. Regular exposure to indoor/outdoor environments, including hot, cold, and inclement weather. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
