Job Description

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Execution of Repairs:
Diagnose and isolate equipment failures. Perform repairs on necessary equipment according to schedule and ensure that product repairs meet or exceed industry standards and comply with applicable laws and regulations. Monitors spare or repair part inventory and report discrepancies to the management team. Document all repair work and provide daily status updates. Assist in developing written procedures for troubleshooting and analysis.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and resolve any customer issues. Attend team meetings and support overall lab initiatives. Identify areas of improvement in processes and make suggestions for these improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Associate's degree in Electronics or equivalent work experience, 3-5 years of Telecom repair experience. Proficiency in component-level diagnostics. Ability to follow applicable standards and procedures. Experience soldering and desoldering electronic components (through-hole and surface mount). Basic knowledge of electronic test equipment, including Digital Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, and Component Analyzer. Ability to interpret written and verbal technical instructions. Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, and Word. Proficiency in working with shopfloor systems. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, make quick decisions, and communicate with the team. Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic, competitive market.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Able to sit for extended periods throughout an employee's workday. Medium to heavy lifting may be required. Standing for extended periods. Ability to work with hand tooling for extended periods of time. Corrected 20/20 vision.
