Job Description

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Cooler Service Field Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair Coca-Cola coolers at customer locations. In this field-based role, you will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure equipment is clean, safe, and operating effectively. You'll manage daily service routes, document work orders, and communicate professionally with customers while representing our iconic brands. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair Coca-Cola coolers and refrigeration equipment at customer locations. Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, and inspections to ensure equipment reliability and safety. Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using meters, gauges, and technical schematics. Document work orders, parts used, and service notes accurately in company systems. Communicate professionally with customers to explain work performed and resolve service concerns. Follow all safety, driving, and company policies while operating service vehicles and equipment. Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and equipment in service vehicle in an organized manner. Coordinate daily schedule with dispatch and respond to priority service calls as needed.
