We are looking for someone with hands-on drain, sewer, or plumbing experience who is a strong problem solver and wants to continue developing their skills. This position is ideal for someone who can handle routine service calls, understands how drainage systems work, and is interested in becoming increasingly capable of diagnosing and solving more complex problems independently. Our work goes beyond simply clearing stoppages. We diagnose why problems are occurring and provide solutions ranging from drain cleaning and traditional plumbing repairs to advanced trenchless pipe rehabilitation.

What You'll Do:

Diagnose residential and commercial drain and sewer problems Perform drain cleaning and sewer line clearing using appropriate equipment Hydro jet and descale drain and sewer systems Perform sewer camera inspections and interpret findings Identify blockages, roots, buildup, offsets, breaks, deterioration, and other sewer-line issues Troubleshoot recurring and more complicated drain problems Help determine appropriate repair or rehabilitation options based on field conditions Assist with and perform trenchless sewer rehabilitation, including CIPP pipe lining Assist with pipe preparation, cleaning, descaling, lining, curing, and reinstatement Operate specialized trenchless and sewer rehabilitation equipment with proper training Perform plumbing service and repair work within your experience and licensing level Clearly communicate findings and recommended solutions Properly operate and care for company equipment and vehicles Accurately document work performed and job findings

What We're Looking For:

Previous professional drain, sewer, or plumbing experience A solid understanding of drainage systems and troubleshooting Experience with drain-cleaning equipment Sewer camera experience preferred Ability to think through a problem rather than simply clear a stoppage and move on Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn specialized equipment Ability to work independently as experience and training allow Dependable, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Trenchless Experience:

Experience with CIPP pipe lining, UV/LED curing, robotic reinstatement, hydro jetting, descaling, pipe preparation, or other trenchless rehabilitation methods is a strong plus. Direct trenchless experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a solid drain/sewer foundation, good mechanical aptitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a genuine interest in learning advanced trenchless technology.

Compensation & Benefits:

$18-$25 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skill.
