In this energetic role, you will serve as the vital link between our valued riders and our skilled technicians. You will ensure motorcycle repairs, modifications, and routine maintenance are communicated clearly, accurately estimated, and completed efficiently. Your proactive approach will help customers understand their bike's needs while upselling additional services and performance upgrades that enhance safety and track/street performance.

Duties & Responsibilities Rider Check-In:
Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their mechanical concerns, and provide expert guidance on recommended factory maintenance or repair services.
Repair Orders:
Create detailed repair orders (ROs) using dealership management software, accurately documenting rider requests and technician diagnostics.
Tech Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with service technicians to relay diagnostic results, mechanical issues, and necessary repairs such as engine rebuilds, valve adjustments, electrical diagnostics, suspension tuning, or tire changes.
Service Upselling:
Upsell additional maintenance, safety items, or performance upgrades (e.g., exhaust systems, tuning kits, protective armor) by highlighting benefits that meet customer needs while increasing shop revenue.
Workflow Management:
Manage the flow of work through the service lane, ensuring timely bike check-in, stage tracking, and final delivery processes.
Client Updates:
Maintain clear client communication throughout the repair process, providing real-time updates on parts arrival and explaining repair procedures in understandable terms.
Cash Handling:
Handle cash and card transactions professionally and accurately while maintaining proper documentation of all service-related sales.
Pay:
$600.00 - $900.00 per week
