We are seeking motivated Bench Repair Technicians to join our team in Temple, Texas. You will work on a variety of electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical components, ensuring all equipment meets CORD's quality standards before being returned to service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical hardware, and related components Refurbish assemblies and subassemblies to manufacturer and company specifications Troubleshoot electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical failures using diagnostic tools and testing equipment Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, calibration, and quality inspections Test repaired equipment to verify proper operation and reliability Document repairs, parts usage, and service activity accurately Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and repair materials Follow established repair procedures, safety standards, and quality control processes Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and improve repair efficiency Equipment You'll Work On Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) Teller Cash Recyclers (TCRs) Cash Dispensing Units (CDUs) Related cash handling, deposit automation, and self-service transaction equipment Technicians receive training on equipment from multiple manufacturers, providing valuable experience across a broad range of industry-leading platforms. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 75 pounds Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to follow technical procedures and repair documentation Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and communication skills Preferred Experience repairing ATMs, kiosks, vending machines, automotive electronics, or other electromechanical equipment Experience with cash dispensing or recycling equipment Previous depot repair, field service, maintenance, or manufacturing experience Why CORD Financial Services At CORD, you'll gain hands-on experience with innovative financial technology, develop specialized technical skills, and build a long-term career with a company that values quality, teamwork, and professional growth.
