Job Description

Join a growing industrial repair team supporting hydraulic cylinder rebuilds and reliability improvements. This is a hands-on technical role focused on diagnosing failures, recommending repairs, and ensuring rebuilt components meet performance and quality standards.
  • Responsibilities
  • + Inspect hydraulic cylinders and components for wear, damage, and defects + Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and material failures + Evaluate rods, barrels, pistons, glands, and seals for repair or replacement + Document measurements, findings, and repair recommendations + Support machining, honing, welding, and restoration processes + Verify completed repairs through pressure, leak, and functional testing + Read blueprints, drawings, and hydraulic schematics + Work with production, quality, and repair teams to solve technical issues + Assist with root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts + Help train junior technicians when needed •Qualifications•+ High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred) + 8+ years of experience in hydraulic repair, machining, assembly, testing, or inspection + Strong understanding of hydraulic cylinders, components, and failure modes + Ability to read prints, drawings, and schematics + Experience using precision measuring tools + Familiarity with welding and machining processes + Knowledge of pressure testing and quality inspection methods + Experience in ISO 9001 or similar quality environments preferred + ERP/documentation system experience preferred + Forklift experience is a plus + IFPS certification preferred or ability to obtain after hire •Why Apply•+ Stable full-time opportunity + Hands-on technical work + Growth potential + Team-focused environment + Competitive pay and benefits •
Pay Details:
  • $28.
