Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain various types of roofing systems, including shingle, metal, and flat roofs.
• Perform basic carpentry tasks, including framing and trim for roofs.
• Install roofing materials, gutters, and accessories.
• Work with power tools, including saws, drills, nailers
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address any potential issues.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure that all roofing work is completed to a high standard.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards.

Skills Strong knowledge of roofing techniques, materials, and repair methods. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Skilled in carpentry, trim carpentry, framing carpentry, metal stud framing, and masonry work. Hands-on experience in construction site environments with a focus on safety and efficiency. Knowledge of caulking, roofing, soldering, fabrication, restoration work, and lifting techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in diagnosing issues quickly.
