Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Service Technician to join our team and drive excellence in industrial maintenance and equipment troubleshooting. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing fountain and vending equipment across various facilities. Your expertise in mechanical systems is a plus. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a great team and training will be provided. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs on Fountain and vending equipment. Troubleshoot issues and repair on-site. Diagnose issues and use technology to make needed repairs Deliver and setup equipment. Maintain a strong focus on customer service by communicating effectively with internal teams and external clients regarding maintenance schedules and repairs. Hands-on experience with repairing equipment a plus. Excellent customer service skills combined with sales experience to support client needs effectively. Strong communication skills and independently working or as part of a team in fast-paced environments. Your expertise will help keep our operations running smoothly—driving success for our team and clients alike!
