Responsibilities Perform exterior repairs including roofing, stucco application, siding replacement, masonry work, and trim carpentry with attention to detail and quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans. Utilize hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently across various construction sites. Conduct heavy lifting and physical tasks required for concrete forming, metal stud framing, framing carpentry, and masonry projects. Apply caulking, tile laying, plumbing repairs, welding, and restoration techniques to ensure durable results. Collaborate with project managers to estimate materials needed for exterior repairs and ensure timely project completion. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols on construction sites. Skills Extensive experience with construction estimating, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation. Proficiency in using hand tools such as hammers, saws, chisels; power tools including drills, grinders, and nail guns; heavy machinery for lifting or demolition. Strong background in roofing systems, stucco application, masonry work, framing carpentry (metal stud framing), tile laying, and general remodeling. Knowledge of plumbing systems installation or repair; masonry techniques; welding; fabrication; drywall finishing; caulking; trim carpentry; restoration processes. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining endurance throughout demanding projects. Skilled in interpreting technical drawings related to construction site plans or schematics for various exterior repairs.
