Job Description
Job Summary As our Customer Service Rep, you will be the face of our company when service issues arise. You'll travel to customers' homes to address concerns, make on-site repairs, assess damages, and ensure complete satisfaction. This is a hands-on role that blends technical skills with customer-facing service. Key Responsibilities Travel to residential job sites to inspect, diagnose, and resolve cabinet-related concerns or damages. Perform basic repairs, adjustments, and touch-ups to cabinetry, doors, drawers, hinges, hardware, etc... Document all service visits including parts used, work performed, and customer feedback. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. Maintain an cleanliness and organized work vehicle. Experience Prior experience in cabinetry, finish carpentry, furniture repair, or a similar field strongly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and hands-on repair abilities. Comfortable using basic hand tools and power tools. Knowledge of touching up paint or stain Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
