Service Technician Job Description Join a dynamic team as a Service Technician, where you will play a crucial role in assembling containers using hand tools. Your mechanical aptitude and ability to follow directions will ensure the accurate assembly of each unit. Responsibilities Utilize hand tools such as hammers and screwdrivers to assemble containers. Work collaboratively in teams of five to ensure efficient assembly. Follow detailed instructions to properly assemble containers. Demonstrate mechanical aptitude by assembling and disassembling components. Utilize power tools safely and effectively in the assembly process. Measure accurately using a tape measure to ensure precision. Maintain a cooperative and positive attitude while working in a team. Essential Skills Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Ability to lift over 50 pounds regularly. Strong mechanical aptitude for assembly and disassembly tasks. Basic math skills for accurate measurement and assembly. Capability to work well within a team environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in assembly or construction work. Steel-toed boots are mandatory. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is collaborative, with teams of five assembling containers. The warehouse is expansive, surrounded by assembled containers, and experiences seasonal temperature variations. Steel-toed boots are required, and attendance is crucial, with strict policies on call-offs during the contract period. The shift is from 7 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of West Valley City, UT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
