Full-Time Position Overview H2O To Go is seeking an experienced, dependable, and customer-focused Water Filtration Service & Installation Technician to join our growing team. This position focuses on the installation, service, and maintenance of point-of-use (POU), point-of-entry (POE), and whole-house water filtration systems. We are looking for someone with strong mechanical ability who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can confidently represent our company in customers' homes and businesses. Key Responsibilities- Install POU, POE, and whole-house filtration systems at residential and commercial locations.
- Perform service calls, troubleshooting, repairs, routine maintenance, and filter changes.
- Diagnose issues and provide effective long-term solutions.
- Ensure all installations meet H2O To Go quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional job site.
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain the operation and maintenance of their systems.
- Identify customer needs and opportunities for system upgrades, additional filtration solutions, or maintenance services, and communicate those opportunities to the sales team.
- Represent H2O To Go professionally while delivering exceptional customer service on every visit. Qualifications
- Experience in water filtration, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, well pumps, or general construction preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic knowledge of PEX, copper, PVC, and common plumbing connections.
- Customer-service oriented with strong communication skills.
- Sales-minded with the ability to recognize customer needs without using high-pressure sales tactics.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable, punctual, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Physical Requirements
- Lift and carry up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
- Work in crawl spaces, attics, garages, and outdoors in varying weather.
- Pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening. Work Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday with occasional flexibility as needed Compensation $20-$24 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
