This role is responsible for completing pre-sold jobs , including animal seal-outs, exclusion work, painting, and minor construction repairs. The technician will also serve as the designated Wildlife Trapper , checking traps at customers' homes, removing captured wildlife humanely, resetting traps, and re-baiting as needed. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, working outdoors, and being part of a strong team - this role may be a great fit. Key Responsibilities Complete wildlife seal-outs and exclusion repairs Perform small home repairs (fascia, soffits, vents, painting, minor carpentry) Inspect and identify wildlife entry points Set, check, remove, reset, and re-bait wildlife traps Safely remove animals in close proximity Work on roofs, attics, crawlspaces, and tight areas Use extension ladders and basic construction tools safely Communicate clearly with homeowners Represent the company professionally at all times This position requires close proximity to wild animals, so fear of wildlife will be a disqualification. Ability to use and comfort with extension ladders is a necessity as well as accessing and working on roofs, attics, and crawlspaces. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates well with customers, and shows up ready to work every day. Wildlife experience is a plus but we're willing to train the right person who brings the right attitude and skill set. Must have good driving record, able to pass drug test, and background check. If you're dependable, understand the basics of home repairs, and are ready to build a long-term career, this role may be right for you.
