Job Description

Main responsibilities Act as point-of-contact for vendor and Albertsons' Technical Teams for the installation, configuration, routine maintenance, and ongoing usability of desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices, applications, and related technology used at the site within established guidelines. Identify and research technical problems of varying complexity and follow through to resolution. Ensure systems interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems, including servers and peripherals. Maintain appropriate hardware\software inventories and warranties, as well as managing vendor maintenance visits for all managed technologies at the site. Reports to the General Manager and collaborates closely with Production Maintenance Technicians, ensure an optimal/efficient technical environment including equipment configurations. Accurately log/document all issues and work efforts. Assist with the creation and maintenance of technical documents. Completes tasks related to end-user onboarding and offboarding. Other duties as assigned concurrent with all applicable laws and regulations. What we are searching for Someone who thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment. Required:
1 year experience in a technical support environment
Preferred:
Associate's degree in IT or equivalent combination of education, technical certification or training, or work experience.
Technical Experience:
Experience working w MS Office, ServiceNow, basic IP networking and troubleshooting. Physical Requirements Willing and able to stand/walk at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation. Willing and able to perform tasks which include pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, stooping, rotating, reaching, and lifting/carrying up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
