About the Role As a Precision CNC Technician, you will play a vital role in manufacturing high-complexity components by programming, setting up, and operating advanced multi-axis machinery. Your expertise in precision machining and technical problem-solving will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality parts to diverse industries. Responsibilities Execute complex machine setups and perform first-piece inspections to ensure strict adherence to engineering specifications. Optimize production workflows by programming and editing CNC controls to enhance part quality and cycle times. Interpret intricate blueprints and apply GD&T standards to verify component accuracy through manual metrology. Manage multiple machines within a production cell to maximize throughput and operational efficiency. Utilize advanced shop mathematics, including trigonometry, to resolve technical challenges and maintain precision. Mentor junior operators to foster a culture of technical excellence and consistent production standards. Qualifications Required Skills 5+ years of hands-on experience in a professional CNC machining environment. Demonstrated proficiency in CNC programming, machine setup, and troubleshooting. Strong command of GD&T and precision measurement tools. Advanced knowledge of shop math and blueprint interpretation. Preferred Skills Technical diploma in CNC Machining or related manufacturing field. Experience operating 5-axis mills or multi-axis lathes (e.g., Mazak, Okuma, DMG Mori). A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and skill development.
