Service Technician

Job Title:

Service Technician Job Description The primary responsibility of this position is to visit existing customer sites and set up power monitors that help detect the efficiency of CO2 systems. Responsibilities Follow all company safety and operational policies, procedures, and directives from the supervisor. Maintain telephone communication with the supervisor and/or dispatch to provide timely ETAs and completion updates. Perform installations of CO2 gas detection systems and associated cabling. Test and troubleshoot issues with network communication. Conduct thorough inspections of cable lines to ensure proper system functionality. Communicate and collaborate with other members of the field service team to resolve complex issues. Provide high-quality service to all customers. Verify current inventory levels against the install schedule and communicate deficiencies with the supervisor. Maintain proper operation of all equipment, tools, and ladders. Ensure sufficient inventory levels of all parts. Provide daily communication to the assigned supervisor. Essential Skills Mechanical skills Troubleshooting abilities Service orientation Experience with hand and power tools (1 year) Basic electrical wiring experience (1 year) Field service and installation skills Additional Skills & Qualifications Field service experience is a plus Cabling/wiring experience is a plus Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Brookfield, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
