Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with various technical systems. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment while ensuring high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking equipment performance and maintenance schedules.
  • Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues and perform repairs on various machinery and equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot problems effectively.
  • Work with logic controllers to ensure proper operation of automated systems.
  • Supervise junior technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Fabricate components as required for repairs or modifications.
  • Perform residential painting tasks when necessary, ensuring quality finishes in line with client expectations.
  • Demonstrate leadership by fostering a collaborative work environment and mentoring team members. Requirements
  • Proven experience in a technician role or similar position with a focus on mechanical systems.
  • Strong understanding of CMMS software and its application in maintenance management.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings related to machinery and equipment.
  • Familiarity with logic controllers and their functions within automated systems is preferred.
  • Experience supervising or leading teams is a plus, showcasing leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to fabricate parts or components as needed for repairs or enhancements.
