Powersports Technician Nextgen Powersports - Clear Lake, WI Build your career with one of Northwest Wisconsin's growing powersports dealerships. At Nextgen Powersports, we're looking for technicians who take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy solving problems. Whether you're just getting started installing accessories and completing setups, or you're an experienced diagnostic technician looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to talk with you. We service and customize some of the industry's top brands, including Polaris, CFMOTO, Sea-Doo, Can-Am, Ski-Doo, and more. Our shop is continuing to grow, and we're looking for team members who want to grow with us. What You'll Do Depending on your experience level, your responsibilities may include: Complete vehicle inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs. Perform accessory installations and unit setups. Diagnose electrical, fuel, engine, drivetrain, suspension, and performance concerns. Utilize manufacturer service manuals, technical support, and service bulletins. Document repairs using Concern, Cause, and Correction (3 C's). Communicate recommended repairs and additional service opportunities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Perform quality control inspections before units leave the shop. Accurately track labor and complete repair documentation. Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Collaborate with advisors, parts personnel, and fellow technicians to provide an outstanding customer experience. We're Looking For We welcome technicians of all experience levels.
