Job Description
Bright Sight Window Cleaning, LLC has been servicing residential and commercial clients from Green Bay to Fond du Lac and all areas between since 2001. We are a Customer Service Company that happens to clean windows. We are not the Largest Company; we are the Best!! We specialize in residential and small commercial accounts, no high rise. We pride ourselves on our commitment to not only our customers but more so our employees. Due to consistent growth, we are seeking to fill positions within our company. WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics vary from day to day and include outside work and/or indoors work. Weather conditions will play a part in the scheduling of work and in the staging of the job. Jobs may be cancelled due to weather that makes for unsafe work conditions. Start time is 7:30am and end time can be anywhere from 3:30pm to 5pm, depending on the workload of the day. Typical day is 7:30 am - 4 pm.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS
Must be at least 16 years old Possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation. One year of related experience and/or training a plus. (Not required) Willingness to work outdoors in most weather. Ability to work at heights and climb ladders. Awareness of safety requirements always Ability to communicate clearly with fellow workers, employer, and clients.Duties and Responsibilities:
Other duties may be assigned; however, the core duties of this position are as follows: Residential & Commercial Services o Cleaning of interior & exterior windows, screens, and windows sills. o Power washing o Gutter cleaning (Use of leaf blower) o Work at ground level as well as use ladders to reach upper floor windows. o Use typical extension poles or water-fed extension pole and water purification system. o Use backpack sprayersCore Competencies:
