Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Guitar Technician to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers highly flexible scheduling and excellent pay for the right candidate. Responsibilities Include Restringing and setting up classical, steel-string and electric guitars Performing professional string changes with precision and care Inspecting instruments for proper playability and tuning stability Maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and instrument care Candidates should be comfortable working with high-quality instruments and maintaining exacting standards of craftsmanship Qualifications Proven experience as a guitar technician or luthier with a strong understanding of electric and acoustic guitars Excellent knowledge of classical, acoustic, and electric guitar construction Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Ability to handle instruments with care and professionalism Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently This position is ideal for an experienced guitarist, luthier, music educator, or guitar enthusiast with advanced restringing and setup skills looking for flexible supplemental income. Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
