1689333 United Talent is immediately hiring a Service Technician for a local Charleston, WV handyman company.Job Duties:
Perform residential and commercial repairs, maintenance, and remodeling projects. Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, and minor plumbing and electrical repairs. Diagnose maintenance issues and recommend effective solutions. Install doors, windows, cabinets, fixtures, trim, and other building components. Repair fences, decks, siding, and other exterior structures. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. Communicate professionally with customers regarding project timelines, recommendations, and completed work. Maintain accurate job documentation, including materials used and services performed. Keep company vehicle , tools, and equipment clean and organized. Follow all company policies and OSHA safety regulations.Requirements :
5+ years of paid experience and skills across a broad spectrum of home maintenance/repair and remodeling skill categories. Must have basic hand tools Excellent customer communication skills required You must pass a background and MVR check Must take pride in work and delivers a great product each time High School Diploma or GED required.Pay and Shift:
Hours will be Mon-Fri from 8am to 5pm, some overtime as needed and pay will start at $15 per hour but is based on experience.Perks & Benefits:
