Responsibilities Complete fiber splicing tasks to establish and maintain reliable connections within the network Install and set up telecommunications equipment, including routers, switches, and related hardware Perform cable installation, routing, and basic construction work required for network deployment Utilize standard field tools to test connections and verify signal integrity Identify and resolve service issues affecting network performance, including wiring and connectivity problems Record work performed, materials used, and job details according to company procedures Coordinate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure projects are completed on time and in compliance with safety guidelines Qualifications Previous experience working in telecommunications, network installation, or a similar field-based technical role Practical experience with fiber optic systems, including handling, installation, or basic splicing activities General understanding of networking fundamentals such as connectivity, signal flow, and service delivery Familiarity with common network equipment and configuration processes is considered a plus Basic mechanical skills related to installations, cable routing, and low-voltage work environments Ability to use standard field tools safely and effectively while performing assigned tasks Experience working with electrical or low-voltage systems is an advantage We are looking for individuals who are motivated, reliable, and interested in working in a hands-on environment where they can contribute to building and maintaining modern communication networks.
