The Fiber Technician is responsible for maintaining network performance and quality while adhering to established technical procedures, safety standards, and operational guidelines. This is a W-2 position, providing a stable work environment and the opportunity to contribute to dependable service delivery and overall customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities Execute fiber optic installation, splicing, testing, maintenance, and service activities efficiently and accurately Complete and maintain required work orders, technical documentation, and production records Report time, materials, test results, and job-related data in accordance with company procedures Perform all work in compliance with company standards, client specifications, and quality requirements Support quality control processes and address identified issues as required Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and site-specific safety protocols Protect client and third-party property and promptly report any damage, incidents, or service interruptions Properly use, maintain, and return company tools, equipment, vehicles, and materials Communicate job progress, issues, and field conditions clearly and in a timely manner Required Qualifications Technical skills: Ability to operate hand tools and handheld mobile devices

Travel Ability:
Daily travel; valid state driver's license and safe driving record
