We are a company that provides in home warranty repair work for TV's. This is a part time contract position with a light and flexible workload. Applicants should expect 2-8 work orders per week depending on the size & population of the territory they are covering. Upon completing your onboarding, we will work together to create a 15-30 mile service. Travel between clients is required, so you must have reliable transportation. No prior TV repair experience is necessary, but applicants should be comfortable with the idea of removing the back panel of a TV and using basic hand tools to swap components. Applicants should have a basic computer and customer service skills. Pay is weekly and can range from $30-70 per job depending on the size of the TV, with an average job requiring 15-45 minutes onsite. Technicians can expect 2-8 work orders per week depending on the size & population of the territory they are covering.

Responsibilities :

• Log in to our portal regularly to accept new work orders.
• Take direct shipment of parts for repairs from Fedex/USPS.
• Contact end user to schedule a time for the repair.
• Arrive at the appointment and complete the repair
• Print documents & return labels
• Update the work order in the portal with the status of the repair.
• Return damaged parts to manufacturer via Fedex/USPS.
• Get paid!

(Technicians are compensated regardless of the outcome of the repair.)

Requirements :

• Camera (phone camera is OK)
• Printer
• Basic hand tools: #1 & #2 phillips screw driver, plyers, alen wrench set
• HDMI cable
• 15ft Extension Cord
• Something to test HDMI inputs with, such as a roku, firestick or even a laptop.
• We recommend bringing a folding table for a clean work space.
