Quality Control Foreman (JOB ID 2139)

OneSparQ is looking for a QC Foreman for a project located in Cape Canaveral, FL for a security company.

Responsibilities:

Perform quality control inspections on access control, CCTV, and low-voltage system installations Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IP devices, cameras, access control systems, fiber infrastructure, and network connectivity Verify proper installation, termination, labeling, and functionality of system components Ensure projects meet customer specifications, manufacturer requirements, and company quality standards Support field technicians by providing technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship Drive exceptional service delivery, productivity, and operational excellence across projects Review and document deficiencies, corrective actions, and quality assurance findings Assist with commissioning, testing, and validation of security systems before project turnover Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting within Smartsheet Promote and enforce safety standards, PPE requirements, and OSHA compliance

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience installing and troubleshooting commercial Access Control and CCTV systems Experience with AXIS cameras and Milestone VMS Strong knowledge of IP devices, fiber troubleshooting, and panel terminations Basic understanding of network infrastructure, including switch connectivity and configuration using PuTTY Must provide and maintain personal PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

Additional Skills:

Lenel Certification Prior leadership or mentoring experience in a field service environment OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 Certification Experience utilizing Smartsheet for project tracking and reporting #priority

Pay:

$35.00 - $55.00 per hour
