Job Summary:

Sedona Technologies is seeking IT Field Technicians in the Fort Myers, FL area provide hardware rollout equipment services for a large Fortune 500 company technicians will travel to multiple insurance agents' offices to provide hardware and software installation services for a contract lasting approximately 3-4 months. Installers are guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours per week Monday-Friday if available each work day. All business mileage is reimbursed. An additional bonus for completion of the project is available.

Responsibilities:

Candidates should have: Ability to read and follow training manual A basic understanding of networking and must have standard workstation installation skills Windows OS (Win7/Win10/Win11) knowledge Knowledge in replacing laptops, docking stations, and network printers is preferred. Associate's degree in computer science or related field and/or CompTIA A+ or Google IT Support Professional Certificate or equivalent is preferred Able to lift and move oversized boxes weighing up to 65 lbs.; some on multiple levels Excellent customer service skills - each installer will visit between 6-10 customer locations per week Excellent communication skills - each installer will need to contact the customer location via phone and work directly with the administrative team on site at the customer headquarters as well as
