We are seeking an Experienced Window Service Tech to join our growing team. Additional Requirements:

Background check required Monday-Friday schedule (No weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform service repairs and installations in residential settings Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards Communicate clearly and professionally with customers Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition Work collaboratively with team members and support field operations Manage time efficiently and complete jobs within scheduled timelines

Qualifications:

Previous experience in installation, service work, or home improvement required Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or GED preferred Relevant field experience highly preferred
