What We Offer $15 per hour during a fully paid four-week training program No prior telecommunications or technical experience required Company-supplied tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE) Company vehicle and fuel card for authorized business travel Opportunities for higher earnings based on performance after training Ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development Clear pathways for career advancement and long-term growth Qualifications Candidates must: Be able to lift up to 75 pounds Be comfortable using ladders and working at elevated heights Be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions Possess a valid U.S. driver's license Successfully pass a background check and drug screening Be available to work evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed Be able to attend company-sponsored training in Tampa, FL, beginning October 5, 2026 .
