What We Offer $15 per hour during a four-week, fully paid training program —no previous experience needed. All required tools, equipment, and personal protective gear provided by the company. Company vehicle and fuel card for approved work-related travel. Additional earning potential based on performance after successfully completing training. Requirements Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and safely work from ladders and at elevated heights. Comfortable performing outdoor work in changing weather conditions. Valid U.S. driver's license. Successful completion of a background check and drug screening. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, overnight hours, weekends, and additional hours when required. Available to attend company-paid training beginning August 24, 2026, in Davie, Florida .
